Our story so far.

HiO started with a simple, annoying observation: the best customer engagement tools are built for large companies, not the person actually running the business.

Our founders spent years building commerce and customer experience products used by millions of businesses. Working inside that world, they kept seeing the same gap: the biggest companies got the smartest tools, and everyone else was left doing it all themselves.

HiO was founded in 2025 and built alongside real small business owners - learning what they need and how they speak, so that finally there is a tool just for them. Our first product went live in summer of 2026, with so much more to come.
